Whether you want to slow cook and hold your food during the day or night the Moduline CSD013E Cook & Hold Oven is ideal. Not only will it help reduce food shrinkage it will also save on labour costs. The Moduline oven comes with digital controls for accurate control as well as a lock function to prevent accidental switching off.
As well as each drawer featuring a core probe to allow accurate cooking every time each drawer is individually controlled to allow multiple cooks to be completed at once not to mention magnetic sealing gaskets. Finally, the oven is constructed with stainless steel and a rockwool insulation.
