Whether you want to slow cook and hold your food during the day or night the Moduline CSD002E Cook & Hold Oven is ideal. Not only will it help reduce food shrinkage it will also save on labour costs. The Moduline oven comes with digital controls for accurate control as well as a lock function to prevent accidental switching off.
Each drawer features a core probe to allow accurate cooking every time as well as magnetic sealing gaskets. Finally, the oven is constructed with stainless steel and a rockwool insulation.
