Gas Solenoid Safety Valves are used in conjunction with interlocking systems, they are used to isolate the gas supply in commercial kitchens when necessary. When the extraction system is functioning correctly with sufficient air flow both in and out, the gas solenoid valve will energise, allowing gas appliances to be used.
