Here are Ducting and other parts to add to a canopy system. There are some legal requirements with ducting, mainly where the odours are dispersed. For example in urban areas the ducting is built upwards above the roof to release all smoke and odours above buildings..
Another issue to address is how much the ducting affects the air flow. In a standard canopy unit to maintain the air flow needed to remove the required air, it must not drop below 0.61m3/s. But when you add ducting it increase the pressure in the system reducing air flow. So our specialists have calculated that in a 2m canopy the max pressure is 280Pa to maintain required air flow.
