Williams VSWCD1 Varied Temperature Chef's Drawer

The Williams VSWCD1 varied temperature chef drawer is a large, robust, space-saving drawer unit that provides an excellent solution when space is at a premium as it is able to accommodate 2/1 GN pans up to 150mm deep. It is able to utilise a wide temperature range - acting as both a freezer and a fridge when required. It has been designed with Falcon Foodservice's F900 Series in mind, as the drawer will fit flush with the dynamic link system. Although it is made from tough stainless steel both internal and externally, the colour and finish of the unit will blend perfectly with an F900 suite.
