Not only does the Valera VMC 1880 Microwave have a huge 34 litres capacity, but it also has a high 1800W power output. As well as a digital display you can store up to 100 programs with 5 power levels and 3 stages of cooking available. Ideal for busy commercial kitchens, the Valera microwave can also be stacked doubling your output with a small footprint.

Allowing you to make the most of the capacity you get a totally flat sealed in ceramic base plate and finally the microwave can hold up to 2/3 microwave safe gastronorm pans*.

Parts Only – This means only the warranty parts are covered. If the unit should develop a fault, it is the responsibility of the end user to hire an engineer (at their cost) and supply us with a job report to claim the parts, if covered by the warranty the parts are replaced without charge.

Parts and Labour – This means we will send an engineer to site to assess the fault and if covered under the warranty both the cost of the engineer’s labour and parts are non-chargeable.
