VIZU Passthrough multi stack heated display cabinets are built for purpose storage solutions for busy quick serve outlets. The 700 Pass is the middle sized option and accommodates 8 x 1/1 Gastronorm sized racks. A thermostatically controlled element both heats and maintains food quality for quick service every time. The cabinet design also allows for heat to circulate using convection, no need for a fan. Humidity is provided by a manual filled water bath or external tank - this in tandem with the heating element results in hot succulent food.

Regards to cleaning, the entire unit is constructed from 304 grade stainless steel and all parts are removable.
