The Hobart PROFI UXRCS-10A has an inbuilt WATER SOFTENER, Drain heat recovery, exhaust heat recovery, base rack, tray support, one open basket.It cleans pots - pans, utensils, cast iron cookware, baking tins, trays & racks with perfect wash results. Only HOBART can wash 4 bakery racks in one wash cycle.
