Instanta UCB12 (UCD12/S) Under Counter Boiler - It has a heat up from cold of 37 minutes and a rapid draw off capacity when full of 12 litres (72 cups) of piping hot water and an hourly output of 168 cups, equivalent to 28 litres. Ideal for customers, from a small office to a football stadium, who demand quality and reliability at a very good price.

Installation - Easy to install with font positioned in work surface with boiler sited below. Adequate space around unit to provide sufficient air flow and ventilation.

Plumbing - Designed for direct connection to a potable cold water supply using the 1.5 metre (¾” BSP) food quality hose supplied. An isolating value should be installed between the supply and the machine. Right-hand side water connection and overflow.

Fitted with 1.75 metres of cable and 13amp moulded plug.
