The Polar UA083 double door patisserie counter fridge is perfect for prepping any patisseries. The counter fridge comes with a generous 290Ltr net capacity along with 7 tray guides per door - fits 600x400mm patisserie trays, trays not included.

The UA083 uses ventilated air refrigeration for better air circulation throughout the unit, along with self closing doors, the unit can stay cool whilst being accessed frequently, even in conditions up to 43°C.
