As well as the fridge section having 2 adjustable shelves the runners are 1/1 gastronorm compatible. Not only will this help make the most of the 165-litre capacity but also means you can transfer food from one station to another quickly and easily.

Also, the unit has an impressive 153-litre capacity freezer. Again, this comes with two main shelves and floor protector as well as being 1/1 gastronorm compatible. Move your prepared dishes without constantly changing containers.

Finally, both sections are cooled with powerful forced air cooling. Giving you rapid pull-down times even when being accessed frequently.

The Polar UA025 is part of Polar's pinnacle U-Series range of refrigeration equipment designed for the most demanding of businesses where the unit will be accessed frequently. Capable of operating in temperatures of up to 43°C.
