The largest oven in the Tunnel Stone range, the TSC Conveyor Pizza Oven contains powerful static heating elements generating a maximum cooking temperature of 450°C, delivering pizza with crisp bases without drying out the toppings. The conveyor belt speed and the temperature of both upper and lower heating elements can be adjusted to suit the product, making the oven versatile enough to cook a range of additional products including focaccia, crostini, chicken wings and more.

Each TSC pizza oven delivers a maximum output of 238 12" pizza per hour with a baking time of just 3 minutes, and can be stacked up to two high for increased output and productivity while retaining the same footprint.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

• Patented refractory stone fillet conveyor belt - 32"/830mm wide.
• Programmable electronic controls with a temperature range up to 450°C.
• Independently controlled upper and lower heating elements allows a range of products to be cooked, not just pizza.
• Automatic energy saving heat control, reduces power by 50% to maintain temperature once the oven is fully heated.
• Variable speed conveyor belt.
• Easy to clean with removable crumb collection trays.
• Ovens can be stacked 2 high for increased output - no stacking kit needed.
