The TSB Conveyor Pizza Oven contains powerful static heat elements generating a maximum cooking temperature of 450°C, delivering pizza with crisp bases without drying out the toppings. The conveyor belt speed and the temperature of both upper and lower heating elements can be adjusted to suit the product, making the oven versatile enough to cook a range of additional products including focaccia, crostini, chicken wings and more.
Each TSB pizza oven delivers a maximum output of 136 12" pizza per hour with a baking time of just 3 minutes, and can be stacked up to two high for increased output and productivity while retaining the same footprint.
