Turbochef The I5 Convection Oven

The I5 from TurboChef is the ideal solution for establishments that want to rapidly cook food without having to compromise on results and quality. The vertically-recirculated air impingement system from independently-controlled dual motors combined with a top-launched microwave system will ensure products are cooked through with a consistently even finish.

The I5 features an integral recirculating catalytic converter & vent catalyst, as such it does not require a ventilation hood making it perfect for kitchens where space is limited or for front-of-house service in cafes and takeaways.

The Smart Menu system can store up to 200 recipes and software updates can be performed using a USB drive. Additionally the unit has a built-in self-diagnostic to monitor the oven components and the performance of the oven.

Available as either single-phase (1-PH) or three-phase (3-PH) model, both are supplied with flex and either a 3-pin (1-PH) Commando plug or 5-pin (3-PH) Commando plug. If preferred the unit can be hardwired to a mains power source by a qualified electrician.
