The AS Term S series are the basic design models, the design features a black metal finish with an arc facade lining the oven opening making it suitable for built in applications where the front of the oven is customer facing. The Gas fired option is a perfect solution for a busy restaurant or pizzeria where demand is high with the benefits of being able to adjust the temperature - available in LPG or Natural gas.
Features• Heating up of the chamber uses an ecological burner with the use of

LPG & a recirculating fan.
• The recirculating fan maintains optimum temperature of the oven floor & prevents it from getting cold.
• Easily control the temperature by a digital controller.
• The power of the burner can be changed by electronic modulator in the range of 5-100%.
• The heavy duty chamber is manufactured using refractory materials with a very high percentage of Aluminium Oxide (A12O3), which makes it extremely strong & wear resistant.
• The considerable thickness of insulation helps to achieve maximum economy.
• All elements of the oven are placed in a case which allows its mobility.
• Static oven base gives you an increased baking base to a rotating oven - perfect for tradtional chefs who like to rotate the pizza around the chamber manually with a paddle.
