The Gas fired option is a perfect solution for a busy restaurant or pizzeria where demand is high with the benefits of being able to adjust the temperature - available in LPG or Natural gas.

• The heavy duty chamber is manufactured using refractory materials with a very high percentage of Aluminium Oxide (A12O3), which makes it extremely strong & wear resistant.
• The considerable thickness of insulation helps to achieve maximum economy.
• All elements of the oven are placed in a case which allows its mobility.
