The Plate Detection System (PDS) means that the grill automatically heats up when it detects a plate on the surface, pre-empting your cooking processes. As soon as the plate is removed the system understands and turns off the heating elements accordingly, this hard working unit will help you make major energy savings in a busy kitchen environment.
A top temperature of 570°C allows for quick speed searing, grilling, cooking, reheating and thawing of plenty of common dishes. If you would like more accurate heating zone control, you can achieve this via the heating zone control system. A commutator allows for precise zone heating as you need it.
A precise adjustment of the top grill can be made without any effort thanks to ball bearings and to the counterweight with a patented fold by fold system.
