The Somerset Dough Divider SDD-450 boasts being the most compact large scale dough divider and portioner in the industry. With small footprint but large output, it can batch process 50lbs of dough in under 5 minutes. It has a 50lb dough hopper and can accurately scale and divide dough from 4oz(113g) to 32oz(907g)(standard Volume Chamber that the machine comes with is 8oz - 25oz).

Ideally paired with the Somerset SDR-400, this dough divider is perfect for pizzerias and bakeries producing high volumes of fresh dough.
