The Mibrasa Beast is a multi-level open solid fuel grill equipped with accessories to perform a range of cooking techniques. With an open 360º grill view, the Robata Beast Charcoal Grill is ideal for open kitchens or teppanyaki style restaurants where you can create an immersive cooking experience for your customers by showcasing the food as its cooking on the grill.
The Grill
Equipped with 4 fixed levels, each of which offers adaptable and removable cooking surfaces that allow you to cook multiple ingredients. Execute varied cooking techniques from direct, vertical, skewer and spit-roast, among others to suit all types of gastronomy.
Guarantee maximum heat efficiency and a higher burning capacity of charcoal or firewood thanks to the base pit lined with refractory bricks.
