Introducing the Cater-Cook Twin Deck Oven a perfect addition for pizzerias, cafés restaurants and more. Each deck of the oven lets you cook four nine inch pizzas keeping up with peak periods, and every pizza will have that lovely crisp base thanks to the 500 x 500mm stone deck base. The cooking chambers features independently controlled heating elements to add versatility to your business including the cooking of certain breads.
Cater-cook also let you keep an eye on your pizzas without having to open the door letting heat escape with the internal lighting and windows in the door, giving you control whilst keeping costs down and supplied on a 13-amp plug the unit is ready to go out of the box.
