Firex Baskett PRIG320M Major Line Gas Tilting Kettle - 325 Litres

The Firex Baskett PRIG320M Major Line Gas Tilting Kettle is ideal for food manufacturers, institutional cooking or any professional kitchen where large quantity production is required. The indirect heat water jacket means there is no heat source touching the kettle, preventing food products from burning while they are being cooked. This makes the kettle ideal for cooking delicate food such as sauces, stews soups or stocks.

These Firex Major Line Tilting Kettles feature a cooking tank made from 304 grade stainless steel, are fitted with motorised tilting to allowing quick and safe emptying of the kettle and an intuitive and easy to use programmable touch screen control.
