The powerful induction zone on the wok covers the full area of the wok zone, the 300mm diameter extends to approximately 30mm above the surface area of the vitro-ceramic plates, allowing you to stir fry food without losing any heat. At 4mm thick , the durable glass plate will support up to 20kg and is protected with a steel bar along the front.
