The PID 30 double induction hob is high-performance and high efficiency, this is the cooking solution for professional kitchens. Styled for front of house areas where cooking really adds to the experience of customers.
The powerful induction zones zones cover the full area of each zone- 280mm square and extends to approximately 30mm above the surface area of the vitro-ceramic plates, enabling you to work the food without losing any valuable heat. The 4mm durable glass plate will support up to 20kg and is protected with a steel bar along its front.
This double induction hob will speed up your cooking time and save energy!
