The Lincat Phoenix range's new addition is the PHGR01 6 burner gas oven. It features 6 powerful 6kW burners encased in it's fully pressed hob unit. Underneath sits a large 4 x 1/1 GN capacity oven, giving multiple options for simultaneous cooking of dishes. The oven's durable stainless steel construction includes insulated doors and side panels for efficient and economic cooking, whilst the oven itself is powered by a 10kW burner system.
