Fitted with cast iron plates and incoloy heating elements for perfectly even cooking and is capable of cooking 48 paninis per hour. The upper plate is self-balanced and the pressure spring is adjustable so cooking can be adapted to the food. The unit comes with a ribbed top and bottom plate. The unit features a 0-300�C thermostat, juice tray, thermosetting handles, on/off switch and 15 minute timer.
