This versatile and powerful manual tilt, 80 litre bratt pan from Lincat's Opus 800 range is ideal for use in large commercial catering kitchens. The OE8802 is a popular choice for care homes, schools & canteens, it has the ability to perform a variety of cooking applications including but not limited to, steaming, poaching, boiling & frying, perfect for large meal services. The cooked food is easily dispensed from the pouring spout using the manual tilt mechanism.
