Scotsman NW1008 Modular Ice Cuber - 485kg/24hr Production - Head Only Machine

Scotsmans NW1008/HO Modular dice ice Machine, can produce 485KG every 24hrs, designed to be fitted to a separate storage bin. This Ice machine is ideal for busy cafes, coffee shops, hotels and fast food outlets.
The Dice cubes provide maximum liquid displacement making the dice ice cube ideal for a general purpose of cooling drinks. The ice can be made very quickly and are ideal for any outlets needing high volumes of ice , such as fast food outlets. Dice cubes are available in three different sizes: half dice, dice and large dice to suit any application.
The softer texture of dice ice makes it ideal for blending smoothies and cocktails as it smashes quickly without putting excessive strain on the blenders bearings.
Water is poured over the surface of a vertical evaporator grid plate with each cube forming in a cell on the grid. This is the most cost-efficient system where volume is the prime importance.
