The Scotsman MXG638 is a high-capacity commercial modular ice machine, capable of producing 370 kg of Scotsman's signature Gourmet supercube ice every 24 hours. This thimble-shaped ice is ideal for drink presentation, as it's made from pure water, resulting in hard, crystal-clear cubes. The dense structure also ensures a slow melt time, preventing drinks from being diluted. The supercube is available in four different sizes, making it a versatile option for a variety of businesses, including coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, and clubs.
