Moffat Catering Mobile Hot Cupboard MH9

Introducing the Mobile hot cupboard, this model comes in two different designs. This is a cost effective way for hot food storage, transport and service incorporating a hot cupboard fitted with a sahara fan heating cell. Easily removable for cleaning and maintaining. Residual heat from the hot cupboard is used to warm the work top serving area. On model MHB9 it has a recessed work top serving area specially made to suit traditional type grundy serving tins. The hot cupboard is controlled by a 30 degrees Celsius to 110 degrees celsius thermostat. Designed to maintain pre heated, cooked food at a regulated temperature. Internally the trolley has three robust shelves suitable for storage and transport of most types of hot foods. Suiting pans up to 150mm deep.
