Scotsman MF46 Modular Ice Flaker - 320kg/24hr Production - Head Only Machine

Scotsman's MF46/HO modular flaked ice machine, can produce 205kg every 24 hours, designed to be fitted to a separate storage bin. The ideal machine for food manufactures, fishing industry, medical therapy and laboratories.

The Flaked ice is the most natural shape. Extruded at a temperature just below zero degrees. Scotsman flaked ice suits a variety of applications including foodservice, fisheries, laboratories and industry. Flake ice is the best solution for maintaining refrigerated perishables where natural appearance and long-lasting freshness needs to be guaranteed.

Scotsman's flaked ice's ability to rapidly cool items immersed in it makes it the ideal choice for medical, research and laboratory applications.

• Produces flake ice, extruded at a temperature just below 0°c, with 25% residual water content, hence very rich in moisture.
• Stainless steel "scotch-brite" finish; rounded corners for enhanced aesthetics and ergonomics; top cover in PS plastic.

• Sturdy evaporator in stainless steel AISI304, auger in AISI430.
• Reduced maintenance, self-lubricating gear-reducer.
