It's simple design makes it easy to use, with a rotary temperature dial and power switch with indicator light to show when the Fryer is working. These fryers are very simple to operate and maintain. They're manufactured from stainless steel for durability and come apart completely for easy cleaning.

Mercury fryers are available in either single or twin tank options, with or without digital timers and they're only 2.8kW which means they operate on a standard 13amp plug and don't require any specialist electrical installation.
