This rice cooker is multi-purpose and can not only hold up to 20 litres of rice but can be used for other types of foods/liquids such as curry sauce, mushy peas, soups etc. The food can be kept warm at a safe food hygeine standard temperature for up to 12 hours. This product is perfect for all day use within restaurants, shops or even on the go shops or outdoor catering such as food expos and those serving on-demand.
