The Cuppone LLKML4351 Michelangelo Single Deck Pizza Oven is a powerful and stylish electric pizza oven perfect for front of house use in commercial kitchens, bistros and restaurants. Made to order in Italy, the Michelangelo pizza ovens are incredibly energy efficient and are designed for intensive use and to deliver high output, high quality results.
The oven's cooking chamber is manufactured from high quality stainless steel with a cordierite stone cooking base for authentic Italian stone cooked flavour. The oven features a heavy duty door with full width double glazed window and internal lights allowing you to actively monitor the cooking process. The oven has an easy to use digital control panel with up to 100 programmes, making it versatile enough to cook a range of products including baked pasta dishes, jacket potatoes, meat, vegetables and more.
