Gram Process KPS 60 CH Integral Blast Chiller

The Gram KPS commercial blast chiller/freezer cabinets have been designed to meet all the legal chilling time requirements of any cook-chill operation. The KPS range is popular and often used by restaurants, production kitchens or other food production facilities as it is a perfect solution to chill down and freeze already portioned food, with the taste and textured always protected throughout the process.

• Stainless steel exterior and interior finish.
• Right hand, hinged door with positive handle and lock.
• Integral version - condensing unit is built in.
• Supplied with 1 trolley.
• Unit needs to be connected to an external drain.
• Chills 60kg from +70°C to +3°C in just 90 minutes.
• 60mm Cyclopentane insulation.
