With the combination of strong stainless steel and reinforced corners the Vogue K827 Perforated Gastronorm is built for durability. Unlike other gastronorms the tray includes perforations making it ideal for steaming or smoking as well as draining any unwanted liquids away from the foods.

Finally, due to the strength of the perforated tray it can withstand rapid temperature changes allowing you to quickly transfer the tray between appliances.
