Inotech Legend ITLR40/60/80 "Wall of flame" 4/6/8 Spit Rotisserie

These beautiful Inotech Legend Chicken rotisseries, are designed for "Front of House" cooking - they have attractive "Wall of flame" burners and are made with Enamelled painted fronts, can be supplied with a choice of 4 colours and 4 spit options. The spits are adjustable front to rear, allowing you to keep the Birds warm after cooking. These rotisseries can be used both indoors and outdoors. Image shows 4 spit Rotisserie on Optional base and castors.

* 4 Spit capacity - Each spit has its own motor and will hold 4 x 1.2kg chickens - spit length is 612mm
* Vertical spit can be supplied as an option ideal for hanging Leg of lamb etc - can not be retrofitted
* Spit can be moved backward or forwards allowing different sizes of meat to be cooked.
* Rotisseries is supplied with glass door - keeps heat in and is hygienic
* Supplied with claw spits as standard - other spit options on request
