The unit's twin 3.5kW round induction plates provides instant heat to the pan without any wasted energy or heat into the kitchen. Resulting in a more comfortable and efficient kitchen. In terms of use, the unit's 6mm toughened glass cook-top is built to withstand and any all abuse thrown at it. And come clean down, the unit simply wipes clean. Resulting in more time saved and spent on other tasks.
