A 10mm thick mild steel plate and powerful 2.9kW element ensure fast heat-up times and even heat distribution across the entire surface - essential for consistent cooking results. Excess fat is efficiently channelled into a 1-litre collection drawer, preventing the build-up of grease on the cooking surface.
Featuring user-friendly dial controls, the Buffalo HT755 makes it easy to regulate the temperature of both sides - so you can keep food warm on one zone, whilst cooking eggs or bacon on the other. Alternatively, you can completely power down one side to reduce running costs during quieter hours.
Built with a strong stainless steel construction, the griddle features fully welded plates that eliminate dirt traps, making it both durable and easy to clean. Side and rear splash guards help contain grease and spills, keeping surrounding surfaces mess-free.
