The Hamilton Beach 4L Food Blender HBF1100S features a large 4 litre stainless steel jug with a 3.5 HP motor with variable controls, from a low speed to high speed plus the HBF1100 allows you to set custom buttons so you get consistent results every time.

• Unique CHOP function pulses the blades between a very low speed & the chef selected blend speed. This pulsing action keeps foods with even the smallest amount of liquid moving inside the blender jar.
• Perfect for hummus, salsas, green smoothies & salad dressings.
• Custom pre-set buttons offer the operator a degree of control. With the custom pre-set cycles, the recipe can be made consistent time after time & re-programmed by inserting a memory card as the Menu changes.
• Interlock designed with kitchen safety in mind.
• This powerful blender will not start mixing until the jar & lid are securely in place on the blender base.
