With a smooth cook plate and a die-cast aluminium plates producing an even heat distribution and excellent efficiency and an electronic timer ensuring the perfect colouration, making the GSA815E a must have for cafes, takeaways and sandwich shops.

• Electronic timer with 8 capabilities, with 4 individual timers, each with two pre-set time periods.
• Eight Sandwich capacity.
• Quality die-cast aluminum cooking plates.
• Precise thermostat for controlling the cooking temperature.
• Ability to switch between top and bottom plate operation or bottom plate only.
• Easy one handed operation
• High splash guard with the top plate always positioned over the bottom plate ensuring grease and crumbs gall onto the bottom plate.
• Front positioned grease collection box collects food debris and is well position to remove and clean.
• Angled control panel for clear and visible settings.

Steak (20mm, medium): 240°C, 2 minutes.
Burger: 240°C, 30 Seconds
Chicken Breast: 240°C, 3 Minutes.
