Not only does the Blizzard BSP3 Saladette Counter come with a handy polypropylene cutting board already installed but the opt cut-out can hold up to 4 x 1/1 gastronorms up to 150mm deep or even a combo of other sizes giving you versatility to suit your business needs. As well as high quality grade 304 stainless steel interior and exterior each door section has an adjustable shelf, not to mention being gastronorm compatible.

Finally, the gastronorm well has a handy hinged lid to protect your ingredients when they are not in use.
