Not to mention the cast iron construction means the 4-litre casserole dish is durable and able to withstand the vigour of any busy kitchen. Finally, with large handles on either side the dish is easy to move even when full.

Please note that the interior is enamelled, and it is recommended not to use metal utensils that may scratch or damage the cooking surface.
