Roller Grill GED10 Brussels Waffle Iron

The double waffle iron GED10 is equipped with two cast-iron moulds containing 2 imprints each for the cooking of 4 bruxelles waffles. 4 golden Belgian waffles are cooked at 230 °C in 3 minutes, 120 Bruxelles waffles per hour!
The cast-iron plates of this professional waffle iron are fixed. The power is sufficient under each plate, the waffle maker does not need to be turned over to finish the baking. Waffles are perfectly cooked without further manipulation of the appliance.
This waffle iron is especially intended for table service in tearooms and restaurants. It is also appreciated during animations for associations, festivals and fairs.
The GED10 is designed for pre-cooked frozen waffles, frozen pieces of dough and also for fresh, homemade waffles.
The plates of the electric double waffle maker are made of cast iron, the use of cast iron plates with a high conduction value makes it possible to spread the heat evenly and to obtain well gold and crispy waffles in just 3 minutes. This professional waffle iron is meant for intensive use. A patented stainless steel tray is placed around the bottom plate of the waffle iron- it recovers excess batter and makes cleaning very easy.
