Falcon F900 G9440 Gas Chargrill

The G9440 chargrill has 4 heavy duty, double sided cast iron brander bars, 2 cast iron radiants and cast iron burner. The radiants deliver controllable, constant heat across the extended cooking area and variable burner control to help reduce energy consumption. The full width cooking surface allows the chef to maximise output, while the cooler resting area enables food to stay warm if there are any delays in service. This advanced design provides optimum heat transfer and distribution to ensure even cooking across the entire grilling surface. This enables you to produce succulent, perfectly branded food. The unit features a pressed grease collection tray at the front of the unit, while also containing a removable fat jug and full width debris collection tray. All components are easy to remove for the ease of cleaning and maintenance.
The hob is constructed from 2mm 304 grade stainless steel and laser cut with right angles to allow the joining of units with no gaps via the patented Dynamic link System (DLS).
The unit is supplied on adjustable feet, mobile or fixed stands are available too.
