Falcon F900 G90126 Six Burner Gas Boiling Top

The G90126 features 6 HIGH powered 9.5kW burners with removable cap for ease of cleaning. The deep drawn pressed wells in the one piece hob contain spillages and the wide radiused corners prevent grease and grime build up and are easy to clean and keep clean. The burners feature double rings to direct the flame onto the pan base, making them ideal for any pan size and increasing efficiency while minimising heat up time. Individual cast iron pan supports and 2mm thick culinary grade stainless steel construction provide robustness and longevity. The laser cut hob enables edge to edge joining of equipment, providing the benefits of a cooking suite with the advantage of seperate units.

The hob is constructed from 2mm 304 grade stainless steel and laser cut with right angles edges to allow the joining of units with no gaps via the patented Dynamic Link system. (DLS).

The unit can be mounted on a fixed or mobile stand.
