The Falcon Chieftain combines accurate temperature control and fast recovery times, the manually controlled G1838X twin basket fryer is easy to use, easy to clean and provides superb fried food each and every time. A removable lid is supplied as standard to shield pan when unit is not in use. A fish grid is also supplied, positioned within sediment zone at pan bottom.
