Moffat Catering Focus Top With Gantry FTG1

Introducing the Focus top with a gantry. This model has quartz lighting and is designed to maintain cooked food temperatures. This model comes in a variety of sizes. These tops are designed to hold gastronorm pans and can hold heatproof food containers.
The surface temperature of the panels controls around 95ºC. Even temperature across the entire surface area of each panel with no hot spots. Models fitted with an over head quartz heated gantry illuminate the serving area and provide an envelope of heat above the pans.
