It’s Double-walled cooking lid with thermometer and large viewing window means you can check on your food without raising the lid, saving you from unwanted heat lose while roasting, smoking or baking your foods. Any food that is ready to serve can sit hygienically on the stainless-steel warming grate, which is easy to wipe down after serving your customers. The additional side burner makes it ideal for keeping side dishes warm in a pot or pan.
