Not only does the Blue Seal FF18 Gas Fryer have a generous 18 litre all capacity but it has a small footprint at only 400mm wide. With a V-shaped tank the fryer could not be easier to clean, not to mention all the parts are accessible from the front making it is easy to maintain.

Producing up to 25kg of product per hour the FastFri fryer is ideal for keeping up with demand in most commercial kitchens. Complete with a lid as standard this also helps extend the life of your oil. You also benefit from adjustable sturdy legs to ensure the fryer is level.
The FF18 is available in both Natural Gas and LPG please select when ordering and don�t forget your gas hose.
