Achieve perfectly shaped tarts with the Matfer Bourgeat FA987 Tart Ring. As well as being made from a single piece of non-stick exoglass the tart ring is also fridge and oven safe. Able to withstand temperatures as low as -20° to +250°C. The innovative exoglass material is not only highly durable but also have incredibly low inertia to heat allowing them to be handled safely moments after being removed from the oven.

This will help with removal of the tarts from the rings as well as reducing the chance of burning your fingers. Finally, once you are finished there is no hand scrubbing as the rings are dishwasher safe making it quick and easy.
